The Ember Tetra (Hyphessobrycon amandae) is a beautiful freshwater fish, known for its vibrant red-orange color and peaceful nature. Easily kept in tanks of 10 gallons or more with slightly acidic to neutral water conditions (pH 6.0-7.0, temperature 72-82°F/22-28°C), these small fish (up to 1 inch/2.5 cm in length) are an ideal choice for aquarists of any skill level.
